How can I enroll to study at a Bradesco Foundation school?
Those interested in studying at the Foundation should contact the secretary’s office directly to find out about the courses and places available, registration and the necessary documents. So far there are vacancies for Primary Education (children at the age of 5 years, or about to be 5 before March 31); enrollment information is available in our schools. Due to the benefits offered and the work carried out by the Institution, combined with the fact that it is located in regions with a high concentration of people in a socioeconomically disadvantaged situation, the demand for vacancies in our schools exceeds its ability to serve everyone.
What benefits does the Foundation offer its students?
In addition to the excellence of the education offered free of charge in all courses in which the Bradesco Foundation operates, students in Preschool Education and Primary and Secondary Education get all school materials, uniforms, healthy food and medical and dental care, all free of charge. The Foundation also maintains various educational projects that benefit students and their communities, such as artistic and sports activities and educational volunteering.
What is the Bradesco Foundation?
The Bradesco Foundation is a private non-profit institution based in Osasco (São Paulo). As one of the largest Brazilian educational programs for formal education at the basic and professional levels, it has become a world reference. Its educational network is made up of 40 schools in 26 Brazilian states and in the Federal District. It offers free-of-charge early childhood education, primary and secondary education, and professional youth and adult education. It also offers a virtual school and joint work initiatives for students from regions in socio-economic vulnerability. The Bradesco Foundation is certified as a social assistance entity by the Ministry of Education – Secretariat for Basic Education. It has other certifications granted by federal, state and municipal government authorities, which reinforces its commitment to Brazilian society.
What actions will the Bradesco Foundation take in the coming years?
The Foundation will continue to strive to improve the operational performance indicators, as well as the quality of the education offered to its students, focusing its efforts on improving the existing facilities. For this reason, there is no forecast of opening new schools in the coming years.
How was the Bradesco Foundation created?
The Bradesco Foundation was created in 1956, on the initiative of the visionary Amador Aguiar, who made it one of the pioneering companies in private social investment in Brazil. Initially called the São Paulo de Piratininga Foundation, it has kept its current name since 1967. The first school was opened in 1962, in the Cidade de Deus neighborhood – Osasco (São Paulo), location of Bradesco’s headquarters. Since then, the institution has expanded, reaching all Brazilian states by 2003. The Foundation maintains the Bradesco Historical Museum, an important reference center in organizational memory created in 1983, in celebration of Bradesco’s 40|<sup>th</sup>| anniversary. Does the Foundation evaluate proposals to allocate funds to third-party projects?
The Bradesco Foundation’s main activity and current management strategy do not include allocation of funds for other purposes. Maintained with its own resources, the Foundation’s budget is primarily committed to maintaining its chain of schools.

What are the criteria for selecting candidates?
The selection criteria are age, proximity to school and socioeconomic profile. However, all aspects reported are considered. The Institution performs an extensive analysis of candidates to include those who best meet the selection criteria.
Where do the funds from the Bradesco Foundation come from?
The funds that finance the activities of the Foundation come from exclusive income from its own assets.
How is the Bradesco Foundation structured?
The Board of Directors is the highest authority in the Bradesco Foundation’s governance model. Composed of president, vice president, and members without specific designations, the Board holds annual meetings and is responsible for important decisions involving the Foundation, such as statutory changes, budget approval, and the election of the Executive Board. Its deliberations are subject to monitoring by the Public Ministry.
What is the Bradesco Sports and Education Program?
The Bradesco Organization, through ADC Bradesco – Sports and Education, supports the development of citizenship and the social inclusion of children and youth through sport, helping, for free, nearly 2,000 girls between the ages of 8 and 18 in its Training and Expert Centers in Volleyball and Basketball. The program was launched more than two decades ago and has already formed several alliances. Activities take place in the Bradesco Sports and Educational Development Center, at the Bradesco Foundation schools, at public municipal and private schools and in Osasco City Council’s sports centers. We offer free Primary and Secondary Education to the community surrounding our schools. The criteria for admission to the Fundación Bradesco schools, when vacancies are available, are lower family income and proximity to the school. Registrations are made at each School’s secretary’s office, with the exception of Virtual School courses. How to study in Youth and Adult Education?
We offer free of charge Youth and Adult Education for Elementary School – Primary Education (1|<sup>st</sup>| to 5<sup>th</sup> grades) and Secondary Education (6<sup>th</sup> to 9<sup>th</sup> grades) – and High School. Minimum age to enroll is 15 for Elementary School (1st to 9th year) and 18 for High School, with a minimum duration of two years for each grade. The certificate of completion allows students to continue the studies and is valid throughout the national territory. How to study in e-learning Youth and Adult Education (YAE)?

How to register for the National Young Apprentices Program?
The Bradesco Foundation offers the free-of-charge National Young Apprentices Program to its students and to those of public schools near the Foundation’s schools. Depending on availability, candidates may be oriented to participate in the selection processes in the Bradesco Organization’s Human Resources Department. Virtual School (EV) is a 100% online e-learning portal with free certificates for those who finish courses. What are the courses offered in Professional Education?
We offer free professional courses in Initial and Continuing Education (FIC) in technological fields: Agribusiness, Art and Design, Electrical and Electronics, Business and Entrepreneurship, Information Technology, Visual Communication and Arts, Gastronomy and Food, Inclusion and Diversity. How does the Virtual School work?
To enroll in the courses offered by the Virtual School, it is necessary to register on our portal by accessing |<a href="https://www.ev.org.br" target="_blank">https://www.ev.org.br</a>| and clicking on "Register". After registration, students receive an email with username and password. With these data, it is possible to enroll in the courses available in our catalog and have immediate access to all content. There are more than 90 courses in different fields of interest. Students can learn at their own pace. Once they achieve a minimum of 70% success in the final evaluation, they can print the certificate of completion. How do the Computer Courses for people with vision impairment work?
Minimal requirements to participate in the courses are being at least 12 years old, literate and having partial or total visual disability. By offering free computer courses, we contribute to the professional training and digital and social inclusion of people with vision impairment, increasing their opportunities for access to knowledge and new perspectives.

How does the National Young Apprentices Program work?
To participate in the National Young Apprentices Program, we select students from the Bradesco Foundation’s Schools who attend or have graduated in High School, aged between 16 years old and 16 years and 11 months, or young people between 18 years old and 21 years and 11 months. In case of no internal demand, students from public schools in the region are selected. Candidates are oriented to participate in the selection process in the Human Resources Department of the Bradesco Organization or at associated companies in case of vacancies. Students selected are admitted as apprentices and also enroll in a technical course, which takes place during the two years of the apprenticeship contract. Combining technical course and professional performance, students have the possibility of developing professional and personal skills, which allow them to make their life project possible. What is the CISCO CCNA course?
CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is a preparatory course for the CCNA 200-125 certification exam, which addresses concepts such as network, configurations, and troubleshooting on CISCO network devices. The course aims to allow students to understand and apply the network fundamentals, to install, operate, configure and verify IPv4 and IPv6 protocols, in addition to learning hardware (switches and routers) and LAN and WAN configurations. Classes are face-to-face and taught once a week. At the end of the course, students who achieve the average required by the Academy for approval will receive a certificate of completion and can take the CCNA 200-125 certification exam at an authorized center.
